We collect as little as we can. We don't sell your information, show ads, or use tracking cookies.

What we keep

• Your email address, to sign you in and to contact you about your account or purchases.
• Your credits and purchases: your balance, what you bought, your plan, and a history of credits used (which tool, and when).
• Your internet (IP) address when you sign up or ask for a code, to stop abuse and to limit free credits per connection.
• A design fingerprint for each download: a scrambled code that tells us you've already paid for that design. It can't be turned back into your picture or words.

What we don't keep

Your pictures and designs are processed in your browser and aren't uploaded to us. Card details go straight to Square; we never see them.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. It's removed when you sign out. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us run Forge Studio

• Cloudflare hosts the site and its database.
• Square takes payments.
• Resend sends the sign-in code emails.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them.

Some of these companies may store information outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted, by emailing [email protected] from your account's email address. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires.
